Understanding these features will enhance your customer service, streamline operations, and improve the overall laundromat experience.

Section Overview

1. Customer:

  • Creating and Managing Customer Profiles: Add new customers, update existing profiles, and keep all their information organized.

  • Customizing Pricing: Tailor pricing plans to meet the specific needs of different customer groups.

  • Managing Payment Methods: Store preferred payment methods for streamlined checkout.

  • Optimizing Routes: Schedule pickups and deliveries, edit routes, and view route history.

2. Employees:
