New Customers: Your Next Loyal Patrons

New customers are those who have recently placed their first order within the past month. This is the perfect time to nurture the relationship and encourage them to become repeat customers. Remember, you never know who your most valuable customers ("whales") might be, so give them a warm welcome!

Creating a New Customer Campaign

Follow these steps to reach out and engage your new customers:

Send Campaign: Click on "Send Campaign" in the Marketing Module.
Choose Campaign: Select "New Customer" from the options.
Adjust Filters (Optional):
- Created Within: You can narrow down your target audience by setting this filter to "1-3 months" to focus on customers who signed up relatively recently.
- Not Marketed To: Make sure this filter is active to ensure these new customers haven't already received marketing messages.
Save Campaign: Don't forget to click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the customer list. This lets you easily reuse these settings later.
Select Message: Choose a welcoming message that encourages another order and includes an enticing promo code (e.g., "$15 off your next order with code SAVE15").
Preview and Send: Double-check your message and filters, and then click "Send" to launch your campaign!
